双水相体系在物质分离纯化方面的应用越来越广泛。以企业副产草甘膦母液资源最大化为最终目标,考察了不同p H下,不同低分子醇在溶液体系中的分配系数。以相比代替原有的分配系数和回收率,简化了筛选步骤,确定了体系分相效果最佳有机溶剂为正丙醇。常规色谱法分析确定母液中回收的产品为三乙胺盐酸盐,探讨了母液与正丙醇的体积比、体系的p H、碱和盐用量、萃取次数及萃取顺序对三乙胺盐酸盐回收率的影响,确定了最优生产工艺。该工艺能够有效减少企业的废水排放总量,实现了草甘膦母液的低成本资源化。
Two-phase system in the material separation and purification applications more and more widely. With the goal of maximizing the resources of by-product glyphosate mother liquor, the partition coefficient of different low molecular weight alcohols in solution system was investigated. Compared with the original partition coefficient and recovery ratio, the screening procedure was simplified and the optimal organic solvent for the phase separation was n-propanol. Routine chromatography analysis confirmed the product was recovered as the mother liquor triethylamine hydrochloride, explored the volume ratio of mother liquor and n-propanol, the system of p H, base and salt consumption, extraction times and extraction sequence of triethylamine hydrochloride Salt recovery rate, determine the optimal production process. The process can effectively reduce the total amount of waste water discharged by enterprises and realize the low-cost resource recycling of glyphosate mother liquors.
