尿激酶是一种纤维蛋白溶解剂,可以使无活性的纤溶酶原转化为有活性的纤溶酶,抗原性较小。笔者应用尿激酶对28例人工晶体植入术后纤维蛋白膜形成病例进行治疗观察,收到一定疗效,现将结果报告如下:1 临床资料与方法1.1 临床资料 28例人工晶体植入术后前房内纤维蛋白膜形成的临床分级:Ⅰ级膜:瞳孔区有灰白色纱膜样纤维组织增生,11眼(39.29%);Ⅱ级膜:前房及瞳孔区有较致密的纤维渗出膜,12眼(42.86%);Ⅲ级膜:前房内有致密的渗出膜,5眼(17.85%)。纤维蛋白膜形成时间:术后1~2 日1 眼(3.57%),术后3~5 日25眼(89.29%),术后6~10日2眼

Fibrin membrane formation time: 1 day after operation (3.57%), 25 eyes (89.29%) after 3-5 days, 2 to 6 days after operation
