The Feuerbach’s Syllabus (abbreviated as “Outline”) was Marx’s rereading of Feuerbach’s writings in Brussels in the spring of 1845, and consciously realized that his own worldview and the old materialism including Feuerbach There are essential differences in the notebook for further research and write down the outline. Marx did not intend to publish it when he wrote the outline. He recorded the manuscript in his notebook of 1844-1757, titled “1, About Feuerbach.” After Marx’s death, Engels discovered this outline in the process of reorganizing the Marx relics and made it publicly available for the first time as an appendix to the 1888 solitary book “The End of Ludwig Feuerbach and German Classical Philosophy.” To make the reader easier to understand, Engels made some textual changes to the outline and named it “Marx on Feuerbach.” The title “Feuerbach’s Syllabus” was added at the preamble of the “Feuerbach’s Engels” by the former CPSU Marxism-Leninism Institute at the time of its publication. Since the publication of the “Outline,” as stated by Engels, the “outline” is very valuable as the first document that contains the genius of the new world outlook.2 Therefore, its theoretical significance in the history of Marxist ideas and Historical status has always been the focus of academic research and debate at home and abroad. How did the British Marxist scholars understand and treat the “Outline”? The domestic research on this subject is less. Therefore, during the visit to the University of Kent, the author conducted a survey of Professor Sean Sayers, a famous Marxist scholar in the United Kingdom An interview to readers.
