固态存储数据格式转换和整编应用软件系统主要用于将固态存储器中取出的水文数据转换成整编程序要求的格式，并按整编规范进行整编，实现了水文数据从采集、转换到整编的全部自动化。
Solid state storage data format conversion and reorganization application software system is mainly used to convert the hydrological data extracted from the solid state memory into the format required by the reorganization program and reorganized according to the reorganization code to realize the full automation of the hydrological data acquisition, conversion to reorganization.
