目的:了解NICU(神经内科重症监护室)探视期间护理人员的心理健康状况,提出干预对策,设法减少工作压力。方法:采用问卷调查法,对邢台市第三医院NICU的护士30名持续上一周P班(15:00-22:OO)的护士与30名持续上一周a班(8:00-15:00)的护士的工作压力源。结果:p班探视期间临床护士的工作压力源依次为:病人家属高强度高水准的要求,专科理论知识的高要求,应对急危重症病人灵活应变能力的高要求,良好沟通技能的高要求等工作压力与工作疲溃感之间呈显著性相关。结论:应采取有效的干预对策:通过充分认识患者家属的需要,做好探视的准备,科室每周授专科理论知识及做好急危重病的抢救等改进措施确保护理质量,不但提高患者家属的信任感,减少医患纠纷,而且减少了护理人员的心理压力,使NICU护理工作能够顺利开展。
OBJECTIVES: To understand the mental health status of nurses during visits to the NICU (neurology intensive care unit), propose interventions and try to reduce stress at work. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 30 nurses in the NICU of the Third Hospital of Xingtai City and 30 nurses who continued from the previous P week (15: 00-22: 00) and 30 from the last week (8: 00-15: 00) Work stressors for nurses. Results: The work stressors of clinical nurses during p class visit were as follows: the high strength and high standard of patient’s family members, the high requirement of specialist theoretical knowledge, the high requirement of adaptability to acute and critically ill patients, the high requirement of good communication skills There was a significant correlation between work stress and work fatigue. Conclusion: Effective intervention measures should be taken to improve the quality of nursing by fully understanding the needs of family members, preparing for visiting departments, teaching weekly theoretical knowledge of departments and emergency rescue of critically ill patients, and improving the quality of nursing care. Trust, reduce doctor-patient disputes, but also reduce the psychological pressure on nursing staff so that NICU nursing can be carried out smoothly.
