The corpus callosum is located at the bottom of the longitudinal cleft of the brain and is the largest connecting fiber bundle in the central nervous system. It connects extensive regions of the neocortex on both sides of the cerebral hemisphere. Its function is not fully studied at present. It is generally believed that it is mainly to coordinate bilateral hemispheres. The corpus callosum lesions can affect the integration of the cerebral hemispheres on both sides, coordination, different parts of the lesion, the clinical manifestations are different. Due to the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations, symptoms and signs easily covered by other lesions, it is easy to be overlooked and lead to missed diagnosis. Now my department 12 cases of corpus callosum infarction patients were analyzed, the report is as follows.
