招标投标和合同管理是建设工程中紧密相连、互相衔接、互相交叉的两个管理环节。对于招标投标和合同管理,目前各个单位已经形成了“各尽其责”的模式,在这种模式下,最大程度地保证了规范性和有效性,但是在实际操作中也有很多程序和细节上的不足,需要进行改进。本文从建设工程施工招标投标阶段的合同管理工作的出发,结合作者的合同管理工作经验,对招标投标阶段的合同管理的改进提出一些看法,希望对下一步的工作有所裨益。
