最近,在四川省农牧厅的主持下,由农业科研单位和大专院校、粮食部门的专家组成评选委员会,按农牧渔业部颁发的《食用优质稻米标准》,对53个送评样品的外观、碾米加工、蒸煮食味和稻米理化指标进行鉴定打分,有20个被评为优质米。我所选送的川米一号、川米二号得分较高,双双评为省优质稻米,继续参加省优质米品种区试,以便进一步鉴定产量潜力及适应性。下面将我们在选育和试验中摸索到的这两个品种的主要特征特性等情况作一简介,供试种单位参考。
