胞浆基质结构性(Structuredness of thecytoplasmic matrix-SCM)指的是细胞胞浆基质在分子水平的一种物理状态,它反映了大小分子间的作用力,亦即反映了胞浆基质的微环境的粘度(microviscosity)。当有丝分裂原如:PHA,con,肿瘤抗原如:CaBp(肿瘤硷性蛋白)或肿瘤组织小块等刺激淋巴细胞时,胞浆基质结构性亦即微粘度会发生改变。由于胞浆内荧光分子的偏振光的改变与其微环境的粘度有关,因而可用荧光偏振技术测定SCM的改变,Cercek等称其为胞浆基质结构性试验(SCM test)。淋巴细胞处
