甲酰肽受体(Formyl-peptide receptors, FPRs)属于G蛋白偶联受体家族,具有模式识别受体(pattern recognizing receptor, PRR)特性,能够识别病原体和宿主来源的配体,介导炎性细胞的趋化和炎症介质的释放,在天然免疫和炎症反应中发挥重要作用。研究发现FPRs不仅高表达于多种炎性细胞,在组织细胞也有表达,且与不同的配体结合产生不同的效应,参与机体稳态维持,是很多疾病治疗的潜在靶标。文章综述了近几年来FPRs在炎症发生发展和感染中的作用以及其调控机制的研究进展。“,”Formyl-peptide receptors (FPRs) belong to the G protein-coupled receptor family, and have the characteristics of pattern recognizing receptor (PRR) , which can recognize ligands from pathogens and hosts, mediate the chemotaxis of inflammatory cells and release of inflammatory mediators, and play an important role in natural immunity and inflammatory response. Studies show that FPRs are not only highly expressed on cells related to inflammation, but also on histiocytes, and take different biological effects by binding with different ligands, participating in the maintenance of homeostasis. They are considered as potential targets for treatment of many diseases. In this paper, the role of FPRs in the occurrence, development and infection of inflammation and its regulatory mechanism in recent years are reviewed.
