为了提高车削加工仿真算法的时间和空间性能,实现数控系统中三维实体实时材料去除模拟,提出一种高效的车削加工仿真算法.首先,改进传统二维dexel工件模型为dual dexel(简称为D-dexel)模型,并归类车削刀具,建立刀具统一的显式表达方式;其次,在布尔减运算中采用定位机制.最后,通过实验表明该算法具有较好的时间和空间性能.
In order to improve the time and space performance of the turning simulation algorithm and realize the real-time material removal simulation of the three-dimensional solid-state CNC system, an efficient turning simulation algorithm is proposed.Firstly, to improve the traditional two-dimensional dexel workpiece model as dual dexel (D- dexel) model, and classified turning tools to establish a unified tool of explicit expression; Secondly, the positioning mechanism is used in Boolean subtraction.Finally, experiments show that the algorithm has better time and space performance.
