目的分析芪蛭降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的临床效果。方法 68例糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者,随机分成西药组和中药组,各34例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,西药组加用缬沙坦治疗,中药组加用芪蛭降糖胶囊治疗。观察两组尿微量白蛋白水平评定临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后的肾功能指标变化情况。结果中药组患者的临床总有效率明显高于西药组,肾功能改善情况明显优于西药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者芪蛭降糖胶囊,能有效改善患者的肾功能,提高患者的临床治疗效果,推荐临床应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qizhijiangtang Capsule in the treatment of stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 68 patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 34 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment, Western medicine plus valsartan treatment, the Chinese medicine group with qi hsiphlin capsule treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups of urine microalbumin levels was evaluated, and the changes of renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in TCM group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group. The improvement of renal function was better than western medicine group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule for patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function of patients and improve the clinical effect of the patients. The clinical application is recommended.
