荷载作用下钢结构焊缝的加固试验

当结构由于某种原因不能满足使用要求必须加固时,需要从构件本身及其连接部分进行补强。对于焊接连接,可采用加长焊缝补焊短斜板,以及将原焊缝加厚等方法。但对相当数量的结构,在连接部位增加新焊缝往往有一定的困难。这样就只能采用将原焊缝加厚的办法。特别是从施工简便角度出发,更希望在负荷条件下加固。为了摸清在负荷条件下结构加固的承载能力,我们进行了部分试验。共加工了九个试件。其形状及尺寸见图1。试件所用材料系厚12毫米的A_3F钢板,北京良乡焊条厂直径4毫米的T42焊条。采用交弧Ⅰ—330型焊 When the structure cannot be used for some reason, it must be reinforced from the component itself and its connecting parts. For welding connections, it is possible to use long welds to repair short sloping plates, and to thicken the original welds. However, for a considerable number of structures, it is often difficult to add new welds at the joints. This can only be used to thicken the original weld. Especially from the point of view of construction convenience, it is more desirable to reinforce under load conditions. In order to understand the bearing capacity of the structural reinforcement under load conditions, we conducted some tests. A total of nine specimens were processed. Its shape and size are shown in Figure 1. The material used for the test piece was A_3F steel plate with a thickness of 12 mm and T42 electrode with a diameter of 4 mm in Beijing Liangxiang Welding Rod Factory. Arc welding I-330 welding
