目的探讨16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的应用价值。方法选择我院2006年1月~2008年10月间60例临床怀疑冠心病患者行16层螺旋CT冠状动脉检查,并对60例患者的冠状动脉各节段进行影像学评价。其中50例与选择性冠脉造影对照,并对冠脉各节段数量显示及有无其他病变等进行统计分析。结果多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性为88.90%,特异性为87.40%,对诊断有临床意义的冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性为94.8%,特异性为70.0%,,假阳性率28.6%,假阴性率12.0%。两者对冠状动脉狭窄诊断差异无统计学意义。结论16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种操作简便的非创伤性检查方法,对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断准确性高,是筛选评价冠状动脉狭窄的重要手段。
Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods From January 2006 to October 2008 in our hospital, 60 patients with clinically suspected coronary heart disease underwent 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. The coronary angiography was performed in 60 patients. Among them, 50 cases were compared with selective coronary angiography, and the number of coronary segments and the presence or absence of other lesions were statistically analyzed. Results The sensitivity and specificity of multislice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis were 88.90% and 87.40%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity were 94.8% and 70.0% respectively for the diagnosis of clinically significant coronary stenosis. The false positives Rate of 28.6%, false negative rate of 12.0%. There was no significant difference between the two in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is an easy-to-use and non-invasive method for the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis. It is an important method for screening and evaluating coronary artery stenosis.
