近年来,随着科学技术的纵深发展,测量仪器也不断改进与创新。本文采用自准直仪测量直线度误差并用最小区域法和两端点连线法对大量测量数据进行分析与处理。该测量方法结合最小区域法的数据处理,在实际生产中可提高产品精度,在检验产品过程中可提高其合格率,具有很强的实用性。
In recent years, with the further development of science and technology, measuring instruments are constantly improving and innovating. In this paper, the self-collimator is used to measure the straightness error and the large area measurement data is analyzed and processed with the minimum area method and the two-end connection method. The measurement method combined with the data processing of the minimum area method can improve the product accuracy in the actual production, and can improve the pass rate in the process of testing the product, so it has strong practicability.
