环境协调是高速公路可持续发展的前提。首先在深入研究环境协调性影响因素基础上确定主要影响因素,结合评价指标确定与不确定性特点并存,引入集对分析理论,并从同、异、反3方面分析评价指标与环境协调性等级之间的同一、对立程度;考虑各评价指标重要程度的不确定性以及专家评价结果的差异性,利用层次分析方法确定权重,进而建立高速公路环境协调性评价的集对综合分析模型。最后,以云南省保龙高速公路为例,分析了其环境协调程度,评价结果与工程现状相符,表明所建立的环境协调性集对分析方法可行。
Environmental coordination is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the expressway. First of all, the paper studies the main influencing factors on the basis of deeply studying the factors that affect the coordination of the environment. By combining the characteristics of the evaluation index and the uncertainty, this paper introduces the theory of set pair analysis and analyzes the relationship between the evaluation index and environmental coordination level The same degree and the opposite between each other. Considering the uncertainty of the importance of each evaluation index and the difference of expert evaluation results, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight, and then sets up a comprehensive set analysis model of highway environment coordination evaluation. Finally, taking Baolong Expressway in Yunnan Province as an example, the degree of environmental coordination is analyzed and the result of the evaluation is consistent with the status quo of the project, which shows that the established environmental harmony set pair analysis method is feasible.
