在 ( 3 7± 1 )℃下 ,以 1 .5 T自旋回波序列测得 2种 Gd@C82 的水溶性衍生物 [Gd@C82 ( OH) 2 2 和Gd@C82 ( OH) 6( NHCH2 CH2 SO3 H) 8]水溶液的质子弛豫率分别为 r1=42 .3 mmol-1· L· s-1,r2 =90 .9mmol-1·L· s-1;r1=4.5 mmol-1· L· s-1,r2 =8.9mmol-1· L· s-1.讨论了这 2种衍生物的弛豫机理 ,并解释了二者弛豫能力差别的原因 .
Two Gd @ C82 water soluble derivatives [Gd @ C82 (OH) 2 2 and Gd @ C82 (OH) 6 (NHCH2 CH2 SO3 H) 8] were r1 = 42.3 mmol-1 · s-1, r2 = 90.9 mmol-1 · s-1; r1 = 4.5 mmol-1 · L · s-1, r2 = 8.9mmol-1 · L · s-1. The relaxation mechanism of these two derivatives was discussed and the reasons for their difference in relaxation capacity were explained.
