使用常压外循环无梯度反应器,研究了在Cu—ZnO—Al_2O_3工业催化剂上一氧化碳加氢合成甲醇动力学,得到了速率方程,并提出反应机理。考察了二氧化碳对反应动力学的影响,发现随二氧化碳浓度的改变,速率方程中的参数有规律性变化。
The kinetics of methanol synthesis by hydrogenation of carbon monoxide over Cu-ZnO-Al 2 O 3 industrial catalysts was studied using an atmospheric pressure external loop gradientless reactor. The rate equation was obtained and the reaction mechanism was proposed. The effects of carbon dioxide on the reaction kinetics were investigated. It was found that with the change of carbon dioxide concentration, the parameters in the rate equation changed regularly.
