口腔癌是一种很常见的肿瘤,约占口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤80%以上。而p16基因是一种重要抑癌基因,到目前为止,已经在人类的许多种恶性肿瘤及头颈肿瘤内检测到p16基因的改变[1]。本文主要针对与口腔癌发生、发展密切相关的p16抑癌基因的研究进展做一综述。 Oral cancer is a common tumor, accounting for about 80% of oral and maxillofacial malignancies. The p16 gene is an important tumor suppressor gene, so far, has been detected in many human malignancies and head and neck cancer p16 gene changes [1]. This article mainly reviews the progress of p16 tumor suppressor gene which is closely related to the occurrence and development of oral cancer.
