元明之际有一位老寿星,名叫冷谦。他在元惠宗至正年间(公元1341—1368年)已经年过百龄,直到明成祖永乐之时(1403—1424)才辞世,活了150多岁。冷谦,字启敬(一作起敬),号龙阳子,武林(今浙江杭州)人,也有说他是嘉兴(今属浙江)或武陵(今湖南常德)人的。冷谦生性恬淡,不慕荣位,早年潜心学《易》,深悟《易》理精 Yuan and Ming dynasties have an old birthday, named Leng Qian. He had been over 100 years of age from Yuan Huizong to Zheng Nianzong (1341-1368 AD) and died until the Ming Dynasty (1403-1424), living more than 150 years of age. Leng Qian, the word Kai King (a courtesy), Long Yonago, Wulin (now Zhejiang Hangzhou), also said he was Jiaxing (now Zhejiang) or Wuling (now Hunan Changde) people. Cold and modest nature tranquil, not Rong Rong, early years devoted themselves to learning “easy”, deep understanding “Yi” Li Jing
