检测窒息后新生儿 C型利钠肽 (CNP)的变化。采用放免方法动态检测窒息新生儿 2 7例和对照组 2 0例 1 d、3d、7d血浆 CNP的水平。结果提示 :窒息 1 d血浆CNP的水平较 3d、7d天明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 )。窒息 1 d血浆 CNP浓度与对照组比较有统计学意义 ,窒息越重 ,1 d血浆 CNP浓度越高 ,1 d重度组血浆 CNP浓度较轻度组及对照组均有明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 )。窒息 3d、7d血浆 CNP浓度与相应对照组比较无显著差异。本文认为 :血浆 CNP的水平异常与窒息程度有关 ,推测 CNP可能参与了脑的水盐代谢。
Changes in neonatal C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) after asphyxia. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the level of plasma CNP in 27 neonates with asphyxia and 20 cases in control group on day 1, 3d, and 7d. The results suggest that plasma CNP levels at 1 d after asphyxiation were significantly higher than those at 3d and 7d (P <0.01). Asphyxia 1 day plasma CNP concentration compared with the control group was statistically significant, the heavier asphyxia, 1 d plasma CNP concentration higher 1 d severe plasma CNP levels were significantly higher than the mild group and the control group were significantly increased (P <0 .0 1). Asphyxia 3d, 7d plasma CNP concentration compared with the corresponding control group no significant difference. This paper argues that: abnormal levels of plasma CNP levels and asphyxia, speculated that CNP may be involved in brain water and salt metabolism.
