目的:为合理开发使用莪术叶的挥发油成分提供科学依据。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取3种莪术根茎和叶子中的挥发油,进行GC-MS分离测定,利用Nist98标准质谱图库及相关标准品进行对照,鉴定其结构,并测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:莪术二酮、吉马酮等抗肿瘤活性成分在3种莪术叶子中的含量均较高,甚至远远高于在其根茎中的含量。结论:3种莪术不同部位挥发油成分差别不大,但各成分的相对百分比含量差异明显,可对其叶子进行回收利用。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for the rational development and use of the volatile oil constituents of Rhizoma Curcumae. Methods: The essential oils in the rhizomes and leaves of three species of Curcuma phaeocaulis were extracted by steam distillation and separated by GC-MS. The Nist 98 standard mass spectrum library and related standards were used to compare the volatile oils. The structure of the oil was determined and the relative percentage of each component was determined. RESULTS: The contents of anti-tumor active components such as curcumone diketone and gemacinone were higher in the three species of Curcuma leaves, and even higher than those in their rhizomes. Conclusion: There are no significant differences in the composition of volatile oils in different parts of the three kinds of Curcuma species, but the relative percentage content of each component is significantly different, and the leaves can be recycled.
