目的 :探索一种安全、有效的抗生素以取代庆大霉素在眼科的应用。方法 :①将 5mg、10mg及 2 0mg先锋必分别注入 14只兔眼玻璃体腔 ,在不同的时间 ,摘取眼球 ,通过光镜及电镜观察兔眼视网膜的组织学改变。②收治 30例化脓性眼内炎患者 ,使用先锋必 10mg/0 .1ml经玻璃体注入部分病例联合玻璃体切割治疗化脓性眼内炎。结果 :5～ 10mg先锋必对兔眼视网膜无组织学影响 ,2 0mg先锋必对兔眼视网膜的损害仅局限在光感受器外段。结论 :10mg先锋必是玻璃体腔注入治疗眼内炎安全而有效的剂量。
Objective: To explore a safe and effective antibiotic to replace gentamicin in ophthalmology. Methods: ① Pioneers of 5mg, 10mg and 20mg were injected into the vitreous of 14 rabbits respectively. At different times, the eyeballs were harvested and the histopathological changes of the retina were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. ② admitted to 30 cases of suppurative endophthalmitis patients, the use of Pioneer will be 10mg / 0 .1ml vitreous injection of some cases combined with vitrectomy suppurative endophthalmitis. Results: Pioneer 5 ~ 10mg will have no histological influence on rabbit retina, 20mg Pioneer will damage the retina of rabbit retina only outside photoreceptors. Conclusion: 10mg Pioneer is a safe and effective dose of vitreous cavity injection for the treatment of endophthalmitis.
