我校是一所偏僻、简陋、学生来源少而差的农村中学。近年来,我从初三起接教了几届初中毕业班,接教时外语成绩都很低,人均最高的一班40.2分,最低的只有23.1分。通过一年时间的教和学,升学统考人均分别达到68.8分与78.6分,参加中专考试,外语人均92.8分,大大地超过了全县人均分,接近和赶上重点中学的部分班级。作为一个基础较差的农村中学之所以能取得这样的成绩,是我们注重抓了两个方面工作的结果:一是抓好差生转化;二是搞好总复习。
Our school is a rural middle school that is remote, simple, and poor in student resources. In recent years, I have taught several junior high school graduating classes from the third year of school. When I was teaching, the foreign language performance was very low. The highest class per capita was 40.2 points, and the lowest was only 23.1 points. Through one year’s teaching and learning, the per capita entrance examinations reached 68.8 points and 78.6 points respectively. They took the technical secondary school examination with 92.8 points per foreign language, greatly surpassing the average per capita of the county, and approaching and catching up with some classes of key middle schools. As a poorly-funded rural middle school, the reason why we can achieve such a result is that we have focused on the results of two aspects of our work: one is to do a good job of converting poor students; the other is to do a good job of reviewing.
