目的研究免疫增强剂促吞噬肽(tuftsin)衍生物T肽对小鼠皮下移植瘤以及移植瘤术后残瘤生长的抑制作用。方法建立S180肉瘤、B16-BL6黑色素瘤小鼠皮下移植瘤模型以及S180肉瘤、Lewis肺癌术后残瘤模型,观察T肽给药后肿瘤的生长情况,研究T肽的抗癌作用。结果 T肽对S180肉瘤皮下移植瘤有一定的抑制效果,按照肿瘤体积得出的抑制率范围为37.0%~48.1%,按照瘤重得出的抑制率范围为12.1%~40.9%;对B16-BL6黑色素瘤小鼠皮下移植瘤的生长基本没有抑制作用。对小鼠术后残瘤生长T肽表现出良好的抑制效果,按照肿瘤体积得出的抑制率范围为59.9%~78.8%,按照瘤重得出的抑制率为64.4%~79.6%,对小鼠未观察到毒副作用。结论 T肽明显抑制小鼠术后残瘤的生长,毒副作用小,预示着T肽有潜力成为防治术后残瘤生长和转移的抗癌新药。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of T-peptide derived from tuftsin derivative on the growth of subcutaneous xenografts in mice and the growth of residual tumor after transplantation. Methods S180 sarcoma, B16-BL6 melanoma mouse subcutaneously transplanted tumor model and S180 sarcoma and Lewis lung cancer residual tumor model were established. The growth of tumor after T peptide administration was observed and the anti-cancer effect of T peptide was studied. Results T peptide had a certain inhibitory effect on subcutaneous xenografts of S180 sarcoma. The inhibitory rates ranged from 37.0% to 48.1% according to tumor volume, and ranged from 12.1% to 40.9% The growth of subcutaneous xenografts in BL6 melanoma mice showed no significant inhibitory effect. The inhibitory rate of tumor growth T peptide showed good inhibitory effect in 59.9% -78.8% according to the tumor volume, the tumor inhibition rate was 64.4% -79.6%, small No observed side effects of rats. Conclusion T-peptide significantly inhibits the growth of post-operative residual tumor in mice with small toxic and side effects, which indicates that T-peptide has the potential to become a new anti-cancer drug for preventing and treating postoperative residual tumor growth and metastasis.
