(一)概述运用优选法选择成分时,是在实验室前期工作的基础上,用Ti—6Al—6Sn—5Zr—1Mo—1Nb—0.25Si合金作为试验的基础合金。该合金在500~600℃具有好的热强性,但冶金稳定性差。本试验的主要目的是通过调整成分改善合金的冶金稳定性。
(A) Overview Selection of components using the preferred method is based on preliminary work in the laboratory, with Ti-6Al-6Sn-5Zr-1Mo-1Nb-0.25Si alloy as a test base alloy. The alloy has good thermal strength at 500 ~ 600 ℃, but the metallurgical stability is poor. The main purpose of this test is to improve the metallurgical stability of the alloy by adjusting the composition.
