歧视苏北人,是长期存在于上海的一个社会问题,但是,至今很少有人把它作为一个严肃的社会学课题进行全面系统的考察和研究。我们认为,解决这个问题,是促使社会安定,提高社会的精神文明的重要一环。为此,我们于去年五月,在市公安局、市出租汽车公司、静安区民政局等单位的协助和支持下,对苏北人的问题进行了一次社会调查。对苏北人的歧视,在现实社会中几乎到处可以看到,无论是在家庭里弄还是 Discrimination against North Koreans is a social problem that has existed in Shanghai for a long time.
