介绍了1.5 kW级磁聚焦霍尔推力器阳极电源的设计,针对电源输入输出电压宽范围、高升压比的特点,设计了变压器原边并联,副边串联的双变压器结构;为了提高效率,分析了滞后臂实现软开关的实现条件;为了抑制整流二极管反向恢复的电压尖峰,变压器原边使用了两个钳位二极管且在变压器副边采用了CDD无损吸收电路。针对霍尔推力器负载特点,设计了双零点三极点补偿器,提高了电源的动态和稳态特性。最后,给出了产品实物及滤波单元原理并验证了方案的合理性。
The design of 1.5 kW magnetic focusing Hall thruster anode power supply is introduced. According to the characteristics of wide range of input voltage and output voltage and high step-up voltage ratio, a double transformer structure with parallel primary side and secondary side is designed. In order to improve efficiency, In order to restrain the voltage spikes of the rectifier diode from reverse recovery, two clamping diodes are used on the primary side of the transformer and the CDD lossless absorption circuit is used on the secondary side of the transformer. Aiming at the characteristics of Hall thruster load, a double zero-three-pole compensator is designed to improve the dynamic and steady-state characteristics of the power supply. Finally, the principle of product physical and filtering unit is given and the rationality of the scheme is verified.
