本文针对以系统结构图表示的复杂控制系统,采用对结构图的单元进行时间常数的删截、链接和近似三种简化处理方法,通过反复调用快速数字仿真程序对原系统和降价模型进行仿真,从中选出性能符合要求的最低阶降价模型。文中介绍了自行研制的 CADCS 软件包计算矩阵指数实现系统仿真的方法,并以电弧炉电极位置控制器的 10 阶模型为例进行简化,获得满意的结果。
In this paper, aiming at the complex control system represented by the system structure diagram, three simplification methods of time constant, link and approximate are adopted to the unit of the structure diagram. The original system and the price reduction model are simulated by repeatedly invoking fast digital simulation program, Choose the lowest performance price model that meets the requirements. In this paper, a method of calculating the matrix index of a self-developed CADCS software package to simulate the system is introduced. Taking the 10-order model of the electrode position controller for electric arc furnace as an example, the method is simplified and satisfactory results are obtained.
