方法 在1999年1月至2000年1月间随访的573例心脏病患者,合并有败血症、严重系统性疾病及原发性甲减、冠脉重建等患者除外。根据血清游离T3(FT3)值分为低T3组(组Ⅰ,FT3<3.1pmol/L)和正常T3组(组Ⅱ,FT3≥3.1pmol/L)。随访事件为心因性死亡和任何原因死亡的累计死亡。凡在初次测定FT3后6个月以上进行血管重建者,以施行血管重建术时间作为截止时间,患者为生存状态。统计分析主要应用Cox比例风险模型进行单因素和多因素的生存分析。 Methods From January 1999 to January 2000, 573 patients with heart disease, except those with sepsis, severe systemic diseases and primary hypothyroidism and coronary artery reconstruction were excluded. According to serum free T3 (FT3), the patients were divided into low T3 group (group Ⅰ, FT3 <3.1 pmol / L) and normal T3 group (group Ⅱ, FT3≥3.1 pmol / L). The follow-up events were cumulative deaths from any cause of death due to cause of death. Those who underwent revascularization for more than 6 months after the initial measurement of FT3 were treated for revascularization as a cut-off time, and the patient survived. Statistical analysis mainly used Cox proportional hazards model for single factor and multifactorial survival analysis.
