人鼻腔粘膜SP、NPY的免疫组化分布

采用免疫组化ABC—GDN漂染技术,研究P物质(Substance P,SP)、神经肽Y(Neuropeptuler Y,NPY)在人鼻腔粘膜的免疫组化分布。结果发现,鼻粘膜下广泛分布NPY免疫反应(NPY—IR)阳性神经纤维,多数纤维位于中、小动脉的外膜下,包绕动脉走行。鼻腔粘膜下中、小静脉及腺体周围未见NPY—IR阳性的产物。粘膜层含有SP—IR阳性的纤维,呈纵形分布,纤维密度大于粘膜下层,与动、静脉的关系不明确。粘膜下层可见散在分布的SP—IR阳性细胞,呈圆形或椭圆形。部分粘膜下腺的立方上皮细胞呈SP—IR阳性。文中讨论了NPY、SP在鼻腔粘膜的分布特点及意义。 Immunohistochemical ABC-GDN staining technique was used to study the immunohistochemical distribution of Substance P (SP) and Neuropeptuler Y (NPY) in human nasal mucosa. The results showed that NPY immunoreactive (NPY-IR) -positive nerve fibers were widely distributed under the nasal mucosa. Most of the fibers were located on the adventitia of the middle and small arteries and surrounded the artery. No nasal submucosal, small veins and glands around the NPY-IR-positive products. Mucosal layer contains SP-IR-positive fibers, was longitudinally distributed, the fiber density is greater than the submucosa, and the dynamic and venous relationship is not clear. Sub-mucosal visible scattered SP-IR positive cells were round or oval. Some submucosal glandular epithelial cells were SP-IR positive. In this paper, the distribution characteristics and significance of NPY and SP in nasal mucosa are discussed.
