放射性胶体药物能产生β线或纯β射线,采用关节内注射治疗增殖性慢性滑膜炎,达到放射性滑膜切除的目的,使关节疼痛,肿胀,活动障碍减轻或消失,从而改善或保持关节功能。 我校同位素科仉济苍教授等采用~(32)P磷酸铬胶体对类风湿性关节炎及退行性关节病,进行关节内注射。共治疗关节23个(膝关节22个,肘关节1个)观察1年,总有效率达87％。方法简便,安全,值得在临床上推广使用。
