采用氨水预处理的单因素与正交试验,研究氨水浓度、时间、温度、基质浓度和粒径对玉米秸秆糖化预处理的影响。结果表明:影响氨预处理玉米秸秆的还原糖得率的主要因素是粒径,而影响木质素去除率的主要因素是氨水浓度、浸泡时间和浸泡温度,其最优工艺条件为氨水浓度15%,时间39 h,温度40℃,基质浓度162.5 g.L-1,粒径0.5 mm。在此条件下的预处理还原糖得率为3.23%,木质素去除率为61.20%。
The effects of ammonia concentration, time, temperature, substrate concentration and particle size on the saccharification and pretreatment of maize straw were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments of ammonia pretreatment. The results showed that the main factors influencing the yield of reducing sugar in pretreatment of corn stalks were particle size, and the main factors affecting the removal rate of lignin were ammonia concentration, soaking time and soaking temperature. The optimum conditions were ammonia concentration 15% , Time 39 h, temperature 40 ℃, matrix concentration 162.5 gL-1, particle size 0.5 mm. Under these conditions, the yield of pretreated reducing sugar was 3.23% and the lignin removal rate was 61.20%.
