Vimentin(波形蛋白)是主要存在于间充质细胞中的一种中间纤维蛋白,近年研究表明Vimentin在肝癌等众多上皮来源的恶性肿瘤细胞中过度表达。Vimentin可能是肝癌细胞内一种重要的信号分子,可通过与肝癌致病因子直接相互作用、调控上皮—间质转化(EMT)过程和抑制NLRP3/Caspase-1炎症信号而在肝癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用;此外,Vimentin还参与Caspase介导的肝癌细胞凋亡。因此,进行Vimentin的研究和干预对肝癌的治疗具有十分重要的意义。全文就Vimentin在原发性肝癌发生发展及凋亡过程中的作用作一简要综述。
Vimentin is an intermediate fibrin that is found mainly in mesenchymal cells. Recent studies have shown that Vimentin is overexpressed in many epithelial-derived malignant tumor cells such as liver cancer. Vimentin may be an important signaling molecule in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. It may play an important role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma by directly interacting with virulence factors of hepatocellular carcinoma, regulating the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and inhibiting the signal of NLRP3 / Caspase-1 Play an important role; In addition, Vimentin is also involved in Caspase-mediated apoptosis of liver cancer cells. Therefore, the study of Vimentin and intervention for the treatment of liver cancer is of great significance. This article briefly reviews the role of Vimentin in the development and apoptosis of primary liver cancer.
