目的:探讨和评价多媒体健康教育模式在儿童骨科病房的应用价值。方法:选取2015年10月~2016年10月医院儿童骨科病房收治患者的陪护家属656名为研究对象,依据教育方式的不同将患者及其陪护家属随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组施行常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上施行多媒体健康教育,比较分析不同健康教育模式下患者家属满意度及健康知识知晓情况。结果:采用多媒体健康教育模式的观察组满意度,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者家属在患者入院之初健康知识知晓率不存在显著差异(P>0.05),出院前观察组健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童骨科病房施行多媒体健康教育,能显著提升患者家属对健康知识的掌握情况,有利于促进患者家属对患者的陪护,得到了患者家属的满意认可。
Objective: To explore and evaluate the value of multimedia health education in children’s orthopedic ward. Methods: From June 2015 to October 2016, 656 accompanied patients from hospital children’s orthopedic ward were selected as study subjects. Patients and their relatives were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different educational methods. The control group On the basis of this, the observation group conducted multimedia health education, and compared and analyzed the family members’ satisfaction and health knowledge under different modes of health education. Results: The satisfaction of the observation group with multimedia health education model was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the family members of the two groups in the awareness of health knowledge at the beginning of admission, Group awareness of health knowledge was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Multimedia health education in children orthopedic ward can significantly improve the family members ’understanding of health knowledge, promote the family members’ care of the patients, and get the satisfactory approval from their families.
