根据多泵乳化液泵站在综采工作面的实际使用情况,分析现有多泵系统存在的问题并提出新的改进方案。针对多泵乳化液泵站的特点,采用变频器拖动小流量泵实现保压,可以降低乳化液泵站的能耗和使用成本,延长乳化液泵站的使用寿命。
According to the actual use of multi-pump emulsion pump station in fully mechanized coal mining face, the existing problems of multi-pump system are analyzed and some new improvement schemes are put forward. In view of the characteristics of multi-pump emulsion pump station, the inverter drives the small flow pump to achieve the pressure holding, which can reduce the energy consumption and the use cost of the emulsion pump station and prolong the service life of the emulsion pump station.
