目的不同的消毒方式影响材料表面的活性,本文针对纯钛表面微弧氧化-壳聚糖-海藻酸钠复合涂层,分别采用高温高压组(A组)和紫外线组(B组)消毒方式,检测对成骨细胞MC3T3-E1生长情况的影响。方法扫描电镜观察试件表面形貌,CCK-8实验检测30、60、90、120 min细胞黏附率和2、4、6 d增殖情况,激光共聚焦检测2、4、8、12 h细胞骨架微丝伸展情况。结果 CCK-8黏附性实验显示A和B组随时间延长其OD值均增大,B组>A组,具有显著性差别(P<0.05);增殖性实验显示B组优于A组具有显著性差别(P<0.05);相同时间内,B组细胞铺展的面积更大,微丝和伪足伸展数目更多,细胞之间交联更密切。结论紫外线消毒的海藻酸钠涂层表面的成骨细胞生长情况良好,优于高温高压消毒。
