绪言自最近十余年对抗生素普遍应用以来,证明很多扰生素皆可引起过敏。特别是青霉素的过敏反应,文献上已屡有报告。Brown 氏在1948年曾将各国有关青霉素反应的文献加以总结。谓最常见的反应为各种皮疹和发热,血管神经性水肿等。随着应用范围和次数的日渐扩大和增多,对青霉素反应的数目和程度亦日益增多和加重。根据文献所载,1946年以前发生过敏反应例极少,纵有亦仅是轻微的反应。Kern 与 Wemberley 统计自1943至1952年的九年中,仅有两例因青霉素过敏的死亡报告。最近几年来,报告因青霉素过敏而引起休克致死的,已屡有所见;
Introduction Since the widespread application of antibiotics in the last decade or so, it has been proved that many spoilers can cause allergies. In particular, allergic reactions to penicillin have been reported repeatedly in the literature. In 1948, Brown’s literature summarized the literature on penicillin reactions in various countries. The most common reactions are a variety of rashes and fever, angioneurotic edema, and the like. With the increasing number and frequency of applications, the number and extent of penicillin responses are increasing and increasing. According to the literature, there were few cases of allergic reactions before 1946, and there were only minor reactions. Kern and Wemberley In the nine years from 1943 to 1952, there were only two reports of deaths due to penicillin allergy. In recent years, reports of death from shock due to penicillin allergy have been repeatedly reported;
