本文报告了喉壁缺损后选用修补材料的动物实验结果。实验狗分为三组:第一组8只,分别用各种生物性材料修补喉壁;第二组4只,为对照组,不予修补;第三组3只用各种非生物性材料修补。结果表明第一组能维持宽畅的喉腔而第二组及第三组的喉腔狭窄明显,在各种生物性嵌植材料中,以带肌蒂的舌骨较为理想,它具有以下优点:与喉部术野相同而职材方便、操作较易、血供好、愈合快、日久不被吸收。
This article reports the results of animal experiments using repaired material after throat wall defects.
