人力资源管理最大的挑战之一在于如何为人才管理建立标准,构建岗位胜任力模型是人力资源管理的基础工程。通过论述胜任能力模型的概念,研究贵州电网公司供电企业技能人员岗位胜任力模型并通过在人才评价工作中的探索实践,为逐步建立纵向畅通、横向互通的各类人才职业发展通道,建立员工“培训、评价、职业发展”一体化激励机制奠定了基础,对实现员工岗位胜任能力资源持续地、动态管理,满足企业与人才和谐发展的要求,不断促进企业智力资本的运作与扩张具有深远的意义。
