林区公路,无论甲类地区或乙类地区均按年运材量的不同,划分为单车道和双车道。1978年颁布的新“林区公路工程设计规程(试行)”——以下简称“规程”是以年运材量10万吨为单双车的界限(甲类地区)。1967年“规程”是以15万吨为界限,二者相差较大。1978年的(“规程”说明),缺乏理论上的论证,因之难以使人认为以10万吨为界限是合适的。现拟就此间题,通过调查观测进行探讨。 “规程”第1—5条路基、路面宽度,规定如下:
