  The creativity is frequently referred to be one of the most important factors for those successful people. The hot issue, where they get the talent and who reduces our mother wit, keep drawing the attention of the public. Does school always kill creativity or develop it?
  Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being. Creativity requires passion and commitment. It brings to our awareness what was previously hidden and points to new life. If you have new ideas but don’t act on them, you are imaginative but not creative.
  School, seen as the most major killer of creativity, may be the most important developer of students’ creativity in fact . We were born with imagination, which allow us to get to know the new world and have our own ideas about the surroundings. Before school educating, we were followed by vary sorts of caring. We were told not to do this or that to avoid dispensable hurts. It is the time when we get into schooling, that we really have the chance to transfer our imagination into creativity. School liberates us with allowable permission instead of the caring constraint of family behaving. We begin to taste the sweetness of making our ideas come true as well as we are discouraged when the ideality is beyond our ability. While we are crazy acting on the thinking, teachers are paying more attention to remedial action for us. Increasingly, we got the shape of the original creativity.
  As we are growing gradually, school is more and more important for us, we enjoy learning, thinking, acting and also failing. School, for us, is the society, in which we have our boss, the teacher who always drops missions with the high expectation, our colleagues, who sometimes deal with the problems with me, sometimes compete with me. Thinking individually, discussing with others and finishing the work make us eager to get the finial evaluation. Among all these processes, we can choose to draw our ideas into action or not, in another word, we have our own option on it. We can stop at any section by just following the given answers. It is because Ma Yun thinks with his own brain and acts on them makes Ma Yun today.
  As we know it’s easy for schools to get control of everything with constraints, while for those improve the students’ innovation ability are better qualified to the honor of educating. While that some schools would prefer the benefits gained by squeezing out students’ creativity, most of schools are opposed to their obligatory way to educate. However, most of the schools are neutral between the two standpoints . Although squeezing their students may lead to great profits of supervising, many believe that creativity-lacking is direct consequence of this. And it would also terribly result in making the students get more and more difficulties in job-hunting. Recently, the experts have been appealing to release the students from their great pressure against the traditional restrictions.
  On the whole, imagination is one of the personal abilities and creativity is a kind of attitudes to the imagination. Taking an action on, we may achieve or fail. only imaging, we must fail. So it’s mainly decided by one’s personality, but not what affects him and what the circumstances he is in. Although some strictly-managing schools are really limiting students’ imaginations, none can transform a creative talent into someone who can just retell things from their books. We shouldn’t blame everything on school, as well as we depend on the environment for making people more creative.
  Whether school kills creativity or not is to be doubted, while it’s not the mainly factor. Creativity is mostly decided by one’s personality but not what school he is in. Doing is better than saying. Without actions, imagination will never be creativity.
