目的对傣药翅荚决明Cassia alata细枝的化学成分进行研究,以期发现新的活性化合物。方法运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-GEL树脂及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并用MTT法测定了化合物对NB4、A-549、SHSY5Y、PC-3和MCF-7 5种人源肿瘤细胞株的细胞毒活性。结果从翅荚决明细枝中分离鉴定了4个2-芳基苯并呋喃类化合物,分别鉴定为7-甲氧基-2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-3,5-二甲基苯并呋喃(1)、桑辛素N(2)、2-(2′-甲氧基-4′-羟基苯基)-3-甲基-6-羟基苯并呋喃(3)、桑辛素P(4)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为翅荚决明素A,该化合物对所测试的人源肿瘤细胞具有一定的细胞毒活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Cassia alata twigs in Dai medicinas, in order to find new active compounds. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, gel, MCI-GEL resin and RP-HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. The compounds were identified by MTT assay for NB4, A-549, SHSY5Y, Cytotoxic activity of PC-3 and MCF-7 human tumor cell lines. Results Four 2-arylbenzofuns were isolated and identified from Cassia twig, which were identified as 7-methoxy-2- (4-methoxyphenyl) -3,5-dimethyl (2), 2- (2’-methoxy-4’-hydroxyphenyl) -3-methyl-6-hydroxybenzofuran (3), mulberry Xinxin P (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named podopin A, which has certain cytotoxic activity on human tumor cells tested.
