培养具有双创能力的商务英语专业人才,离不开具有双创实践教学能力的教师队伍。而目前应用型本科高校商务英语专业的双创师资现状并不乐观。针对存在的这些问题,应用型本科高校应当切实转变观念,改变现有师资结构,招聘更多具有企业实践经验的人才纳入教师队伍,聘请校外专家作为实践教学的客座和兼职教师。同时,多途径多渠道对专职教师开展双创知识和技能的培训,改革考核和评价体系提高教师参与双创实践教学的积极性,组建创新创业实践教学团队。
To cultivate double ability of business English professionals, can not do without a double practice teaching ability of teachers. However, the present situation of double-thinking teachers in business English major in applied undergraduate colleges and universities is not optimistic. In response to these existing problems, applied undergraduate colleges and universities should effectively change their concepts, change the existing teacher structure, recruit more talents with practical experience into the ranks of teachers, and employ outside experts as visiting and part-time teachers in practical teaching. At the same time, we should train more specialized teachers on double-knowledge and skills training through multiple channels and multi-channels, reform the assessment and evaluation system, improve teachers’ enthusiasm in participating in double-tracing practical teaching, and set up an innovation and entrepreneurship teaching team.
