抓好医院“窗口”科室的医疗服务,是医院职业道德建设的重要方面。近几年,我院始终坚持社会效益第一的原则,以一切为了病人为出发点,搞好“窗口”服务,收到了较好的效果。一、确立“救人第一”的原则,积极接治急危症“三无”病人 1993年市区成立急救中心后,大大增加了我院急诊的工作量。急诊病人的情况比较复杂,其中有些是车祸等突发事件造成的伤员,急救车拉到我院时,伤病员无陪人、无钱、无姓名。这样的“三无”病人,给我们提出了一个难题:无姓名,没办法挂号写病历;无钱,微机无法记帐,
