目的:通过测定大鼠盲肠内酪酸菌及血液酪酸的含量,研究麦芽纤维改善肠道菌群、保护肠道黏膜屏障以及治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用。方法:大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、对照组、治疗组。采用乙酸灌肠法建立大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,分组喂饲后,应用细菌培养法和气相色谱法测定盲肠内酪酸菌及血液中酪酸含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肠道酪酸菌含量及血液中酪酸含量明显减少,与模型组比较,治疗组肠道酪酸菌含量及血液中酪酸含量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:麦芽纤维能选择性刺激内源性特定有益菌之酪酸菌的增殖,促使酪酸生成,提高酪酸含量,从而改善大鼠肠道菌群、保护肠道黏膜屏障,对溃疡性结肠炎起到有效治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the role of malt fiber in improving intestinal microflora, protecting intestinal mucosal barrier and treating ulcerative colitis by determining the content of butyric acid bacteria and blood butyric acid in the cecum of rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, control group and treatment group. The rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by enema of acetic acid. After feeding in groups, the content of butyric acid and the butyric acid in the cecum were determined by bacterial culture and gas chromatography. Results: Compared with the normal group, the content of butyric acid butyrate and the content of butyric acid in blood in the model group decreased significantly. Compared with the model group, the content of butyric acid in the intestine and the content of butyric acid in the blood increased significantly in the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Malt fiber can selectively stimulate the growth of endogenous specific beneficial bacteria of butyric acid bacteria, promote the formation of butyric acid and increase the content of butyric acid, thus improve the intestinal flora in rats and protect the intestinal mucosal barrier, and play an important role in ulcerative colitis Effective treatment.
