目的 比较观察脱蛋白牛松质骨复合自体红骨髓和自体髂骨移植修复骨肿瘤或瘤样病变引起的腔洞性骨缺损的临床疗效。方法 按随机数字表分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组接受脱蛋白牛松质骨复合自体红骨髓移植治疗 ,对照组接受自体髂骨移植治疗。结果 实验组有 6 3例 ,对照组有 6 2例 ,接受了骨移植术治疗 ,经平均随访 2 0个月 ,两组腔洞性骨缺损的愈合率及各种并发症均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但自体骨移植组手术时间明显长于牛松质骨组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且供骨部有 30 %左右出现疼痛并有 1例出现浅表感染。结论 应用脱蛋白牛松质骨复合自体红骨髓移植修复腔洞性骨缺损 ,其临床疗效、安全性和自体骨移植相同 ,且能减少手术时间和取髂骨时所产生的并发症
Objective To compare the clinical effects of deproteinized bovine cancellous bone autologous red bone marrow and autologous iliac bone graft in the repair of cavity or bone defects caused by tumor or tumor-like lesions. Methods Random number table was divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group received deproteinized bovine cancellous bone autologous red bone marrow transplantation, and control group received autologous iliac bone transplantation. Results There were 63 cases in the experimental group and 62 cases in the control group. After being treated by bone grafting, the mean follow-up was 20 months. There was no significant difference in healing rate and various complication between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the operation time of the autologous bone graft group was significantly longer than that of the bovine cancellous bone group (P <0.05). About 30% of the patients suffered from bone pain and 1 had superficial infection. Conclusion The application of deproteinized bovine cancellous bone autologous bone marrow autograft transplantation can repair cavitary defects. The curative effect and safety are the same as that of autologous bone transplantation. It can also reduce the operation time and the complications of iliac bone graft
