介绍了基于原油介电常数随温度的变化与原油凝点之间存在的内在联系,测量原油凝点采用的电容法。叙述了非接触式电容传感器的测量原理和实验方法。实验结果表明,原油介电常数在原油的凝点附近达到一个峰值,这与实验室方法得到的结果相符,初步得出电容法测量原油凝点是可行的结论。为在线监测原油的流动性提供了一条实用化途径。
Based on the inherent relationship between the change of dielectric constant of crude oil with the temperature and the freezing point of crude oil, the capacitance method used to measure the freezing point of crude oil is introduced. Describes the non-contact capacitance sensor measurement principle and experimental methods. The experimental results show that the dielectric constant of crude oil reaches a peak near the freezing point of crude oil, which agrees with the experimental results. It is concluded that it is feasible to measure the freezing point of crude oil by capacitance method. It provides a practical way to monitor the liquidity of crude oil online.
