作为医院管理工作的重要构成部分,财务管理工作效率同医院利益有着直接的关系,在加强医院预算管理力度的过程中,要站在整体的角度进行分析和考虑,综合把握多种因素,实现医院既定目标。笔者作为三甲医院的财务管理人员,结合我院的实际状况,阐述了当前医院预算细化与执行力方面的存在的不足,并提出了医院预算细化与执行力的建议,希望对我院预算管理工作的开展起到指导作用,实现预算的精细化管理,加强预算管理的执行力。
