目的:探讨蔬菜、果汁中铅含量的测定方法。方法:选择最佳条件下石墨炉原子吸收直接加入法测蔬菜、果汁中的铅。结果:消除了干扰,回收率95.5%~102.6%,稳定可靠。
Objective: To investigate the determination of lead in vegetables and fruit juice. Methods: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the lead content in vegetables and fruit juices directly under the optimal conditions. Results: Elimination of interference, recovery rate of 95.5% ~ 102.6%, stable and reliable.
